Shipping, Returns & Refunds
SEE PHOTO is a small Australian fine art photography business. Prints are produced to order, packed carefully and handled with practical care rather than warehouse-style volume processing.
Production and Shipping
Production times depend on the selected size and finish. We will confirm timing after purchase if a print requires special handling, custom sizing or acrylic mounting.
Unframed Giclee prints can be shipped within Australia and internationally. International print orders are shipped rolled in a rigid archival print tube.
Acrylic mounted fine art photos require custom shipping because of their size, weight and handling requirements. They are available in Australia by custom quote only and are not sold internationally due to shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
Because fine art prints are made to order, change-of-mind returns may not be available once production has started. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with the order number, packaging photos and artwork photos so we can assess a replacement, repair or refund.
Custom Orders
Custom size, finish and special delivery requests are confirmed by email before production. Any agreed custom terms will form part of the order record.
