Orders

SEE PHOTO fine art prints are produced to order. Please check the selected artwork, size, finish, quantity, delivery details and currency before completing checkout.

Pricing and Currency

Prices are shown in the currency selected by the customer. Currency conversion is based on the exchange information available to the website at the time of checkout and may include a margin to allow for currency movement and processing costs.

Payments

Online card payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. SEE PHOTO does not store full card numbers on its website.

Production

Production timing depends on the selected size, finish and any custom requirements. If a special order needs extra handling or clarification, SEE PHOTO will contact the customer before production proceeds.

Shipping

Unframed Giclee prints can be shipped within Australia and internationally. International print orders are shipped rolled in a protective artist tube.

Acrylic mounted fine art photos are shipped within Australia only. Acrylic mounts are not shipped internationally because of their size, weight and handling requirements.

International Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or local charges applied by their destination country.

Returns and Damage

Because prints are made to order, change-of-mind returns may not be available once production has started. If an order arrives damaged, please contact SEE PHOTO promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the packaging and artwork so the issue can be assessed.
